Archery Mule Deer and Whitetail Deer Hunts in South Dakota Semi-Guided Mule Deer Archery: Typical 140-160” bucks potential for 180” Whitetail Archery Typical 120-150” bucks potential for 165” DIY Self-Guided. 5 day Hunt private land which butts up to BLM and or Indian reservation. Pristine super low pressure land . The DIY hunt- Is for the hunter who likes to figure things out for themselves but still not be bothered with the logistics of hunting out of state. They have 3 ranches all private land very low pressure they only allow 3 hunters per season on two and 1 on the third. You will fly into Rapid City or drive to Philip South Dakota you will be given a designated area to meet one of their guides who will spend one day hunting with you so you can get the lay of the land and get pointers how to hunt the property they are available to help pack out animals as well. You are responsible for your own transportation. They will provide water all other drinks are not included. Up to 4 hunters allowed for DIY hunt.

Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

Description

You will spend most of your day glassing and planning stalks on rutting bucks on pristine private land that is only archery hunted. The weather can be chilly during this time and it can also be fairly warm. Bring proper layering systems.
